Round Lake is a brilliant spot to camp, Constantia Cove Campground is a brilliant spot; you'll meet a lot of folks from Syracuse here. Camping at Round Lake is great fun, Green Lakes State Park is a great local campground, and Toggenburg is a fine local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Econo Lodge Dewitt is a perfect site to get some rest, and Lake Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look       at. Summertime highs at Round Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Round Lake are in the 10's. Not far from Round Lake, you'll stumble on Green Lake which is a delightful lake; if you need a location to stay Craftsman Inn & Conference Center is a great choice. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Round Lake;                  all through the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Round Lake.
