Rockville Lake is a lake worth visiting. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Rockville Lake while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's; night lows in the 10's for Rockville Lake. After a long day outdoors Belfast Hotel is a good site to spend a night or two, and float down the rapids of Rushford Lake Outlet in a kayak. | | Evergreen Trails Campground is a tremendous place to camp. From a precipitation point of view Rockville Lake is a pretty normal location; most of the rain falls all through June, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Genesee River, and camping is available at Hickory Lake Campgrounds. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Swain.
