From a rainfall point of view Robinson Pond is a reasonably common location; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month of the year is February. Get dripping wet paddling on Roeliff Jansen Kill River, and close by you come across the Elbow Trail which is a good hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Robinson Pond you'll probably meet some folks from Hudson; there's some flowing water close       by, Noster Kill is a stream you can stop by while here. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Bash Bish Brook, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Northrop Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Robinson Pond you can play some golf at Undermountain Golf Course, and if you came for an overnight stay Camp Waubeeka is a great site to camp. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Robinson Pond is peerless! The Indian Trail                  is a great hiking trail near Robinson Pond, and at Robinson Pond you can distinguish Center Hill. Oleana Family Camp Grounds is a brilliant local campground, and Catamount is a very popular ski area around here. Shaver Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Ski Butternut. Dry warm beds await you at Sharon Motor Lodge, and if you get bored of Robinson Pond you could also pop by close by Goose Pond. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of Robinson Pond will keep you coming back persistently. If you need a site to stay Great Barrington Days Inn is a glorious choice. Summertime highs at Robinson Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's.
