A fine place to camp here at Rexmere Lakes is Stratton Falls Campground. The annual rainfall here at Rexmere Lakes is about average; most of the rain falls during June; the driest month is February. Summer at Rexmere Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter       highs are in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Rexmere Lakes descend into the 10's. Man, is there loads of amusing stuff to do in the Catskill Mountains. There are some fine whitewater spots on West Kill River, and you'll stumble on a picturesque lake called Utsayantha Lake. Best Western Inn Of Cobleskill is a splendid place to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Center Brook/Middle Brook. Dry warm beds                  await you at Super 8 Motel Cobleskil, Ny, and Churchill Mountain can be observed from Rexmere Lakes. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area near Rexmere Lakes has to offer. Gotta ski! Ski Plattekill is a tremendous place to do that, and getting to Basset Brook from Rexmere Lakes is easy. The Catskill Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Stamford Golf Club is a golf course near Rexmere Lakes, and do visit Stamford Reservoir, it's a lovely lake. You definitely have to have a thing about the Catskill Mountains.
