Many people like to go to Racker Vly. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. Paddling on West Stony Creek is so much fun; lots of people from Gloversville come here. But wait, there's more to do next to Racker Vly. Racker Vly is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains. You're possibly hooked on lakes, Chase Lake is one of those close by, and it's a great idea to go to Chase Lake Outlet. All the water falling down from the sky makes Racker Vly a wet place; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something next to Racker Vly? Lynus Vly is close by, and camping is available at Rainbows End. High temperatures at Racker Vly through the days of summer are in the 80's with nighttime lows in
the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Racker Vly night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Swamps like
Round Vly are fun to go to, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Holmes Lake Outlet.
This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Racker Vly you can take a hike along the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail.
