Queensboro Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Central Valley Golf Club. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Queensboro Lake has to offer, you can camp at Beaver Pond. Queensboro Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. a wonderful lake nearby. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Queensboro Lake. Lakes? Sure, Turkey Hill Pond is in close proximity, and a visit to nearby Hell Hole is very relaxing. There's so much to do here
at Queensboro Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sebago Cabins Harriman is a glorious site for that; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Popolopen Creek. Head
up to Sterling Forest and strap some skis to your feet, and Moodna Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. The Breakneck Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best; the snow is nice at Mt. Peter.
Hiking is a popular thing to do around Queensboro Lake; Woodtown Trail is a perfect local trail, and if the weather is delightful, you obtain a great vista of Bear Mountain from Queensboro Lake.
