This lake is so wonderful. If you want to hit the beach, New Sebago Beach is around here. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Potake Pond, and the night is somewhat colder of course, commonly in the 50's. During the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's; nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Potake Pond tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Pequannock River is so much fun; you must undeniably stop by beautiful Old Sebago
Beach since you're here. If you need a spot to stay Doubletree Hotel Mahwah is a fine choice, and the slopes of Mt. Peter are so inviting noone can resist. Everybody close by loves skiing at Sterling Forest; taking a little spree
to close by North Cape is a great idea.
This lake is so wonderful. Bald Mountain is beautiful and can be distinguished from Potake Pond, and the Kakiat Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. Potake Pond regularly gets a good deal
of precipitation; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dry warm beds await you at Sheraton Crossroads Hotel. You'll need more than a day
to explore everything Potake Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp wabenaki.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. There's so much to do here at Potake Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robert Moses is a great place for that, and if you're visiting from New York-Newark-Edison, you won't be the only one.
