The Pool gets lots of water; most of the rain falls throughout July while February is mostly the driest month. Some nearby water includes Harlem River, and Gateway National Recreation Area is a brilliant local destination. This lake is so wonderful. Camp Wildwood is a fine campground nearby. Stay the night at Camp Experts & Teen Summrs, and there are other sites here than The Pool,       for example The Lake. Summertime at The Pool arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at The Pool. After a long day outdoors Marrakech Hotel is a fine place to spend a night or two; picturesque scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Sterling Forest. But wait, there's more to do close                  to The Pool. Dry warm beds await you at Hotel Wales, and you'll meet a lot of folks from New York-Newark-Edison here. Not far from The Pool, you'll hit upon Harlem Meer which is a charming lake, and a spree to Hazard Beach is always a great idea. This lake is so wonderful.
