You're most likely interested in lakes, McMullen Pond is one of those nearby, and a journey to Eldridges Point is always a great idea. A good spot to camp here at The Pond is Fair Haven Beach State Park, and at The Pond you can see Juniper Hill. The Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically November, that's the one that       rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. After a long day outdoors Best Western Captain's Quarters is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and no need to travel far to go to exciting stuff like The Bluffs. Scottish Inns & Suites Oswego is a tremendous place to get some rest, and why not camp at Shady Shores Campground if you're here at The Pond. Yeah, come here to The Pond for a good time. Swamps don’t sound that wonderful but The Moat                  in close proximity to The Pond is quite wonderful; if you've had enough of The Pond, Juniper Pond is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Sterling Creek is a stream you can explore while here, and if you come at the right time of year, Oswego River offers some splendid whitewater. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at The Pond with night lows in the 50's.
