Queensbury C C Golf Course is a wonderful golf course close by, and do take a hike on the Berrymile Pond Trail. Everybody close by loves skiing at Willard Mountain; Lake Pond is not the only place close by, Inman Pond is a close by lake. Lake Pond gets a typical amount of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. High temperatures       at Lake Pond through the summertime are in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Lake Pond. So much fun stuff to do here at Lake Pond, too great to be true. Lake Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Ledgeview RV Park is a great local campground, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Lost Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at West Mountain                  is delightful; if you came to camp Mohawk Campground is a wonderful location to do that. If you get bored of Lake Pond, you could also take a look at close by Thurber Pond, and Putnam Mountain is clearly visible from Lake Pond. A nice close by hotel is Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg. If you need a place to stay The Sagamore is a nice choice, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Treadway Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
