There is a wonderful hiking trail close to Pole Hill Pond called the Pharoah Mountain Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Scenic View Campground is a great place to camp. From a rainfall point of view Pole Hill Pond is a quite typical place; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is January. Through the days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Pole Hill Pond with nighttime lows in the 50's. The                  wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Pole Hill Pond. Pole Hill Pond is a beautiful lake in the Adirondack Mountains.
