Visit Cherry Brook while you're here at Lake Pleasant; float down the rapids of Sacandaga River in a kayak. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Lake Pleasant, high temperatures usually reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's while Lake Pleasant overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. Having a fine time in the Adirondack Mountains is painless.
