This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Johnstown-Gloversville, Ny is a fine location to get some rest; lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Spectacle Lake. At Pleasant Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Pleasant Lake are in the       0's. From a rainfall point of view Pleasant Lake is a quite normal place; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is February. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. If you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Palatine Bridge is a glorious choice; close by you discover Burnt Vly which is a great place to take a look at. So many amusing things to do here at Pleasant                  Lake, too great to be true. There are other locations here than Pleasant Lake, for example Dexter Lake. There's so much to do here at Pleasant Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crystal Grove Diamond Mine is a brilliant spot for that. There's splendid hiking along the California Trail, and you can stay the night at Pine Lake Campground and RV Park. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. There are some great whitewater spots on East Canada Creek; there are plenty of folks from Amsterdam here at Pleasant Lake. Having a brilliant time in the Adirondack Mountains is uncomplicated.
