For the duration of the summertime here at Pinebush Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Pinebush Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Dry warm beds await you at Jeronimo Hotel; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Mt. Peter. If you came       to camp Wanderwood Camp Ground is a perfect spot to do that; hiking along the Vernooy Falls Trail is good fun. The high level of rain makes Pinebush Lake a pretty wet site; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. That right there is a heap already, but it carries on; Pinebush Lake has it all. For you golfers we recommend close by Winding Hills Golf Club & Restaurant,                  and paddling on Rondout Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Kanape Jeep Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. There's so much to do here at Pinebush Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rainbow Valley Campground is a good place for that. This lake is so wonderful. The smiling folks of Kingston like to hang out nearby, and do take a hike on the Comfort Trail. A striking lake like Murrays Pond next to Pinebush Lake is a great place to have a look at, and some close by water includes Platte Kill.
