Pine Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Robinson's Iga is a magnificent local campground, of course you could also visit Massawepie Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Pine Pond with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in       the 20's while the cold winter nights at Pine Pond are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Pine Pond you will meet lots of folks from nearby Malone, and hiking along the Sixmile Creek Trail is great fun. Man, is there loads of fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Have a great hiking adventure along the Big Deer Pond Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Raquette River. This lake is so wonderful. So much cool stuff                  to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too pleasant to be true. Burnt Rock is scenic and can be seen from Pine Pond, and of course Tuttle Brook flows through this area. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll adore Pine Pond. Pine Pond is right by the Ash Pond Trail, and Pine Pond is not the only location nearby, Boottree Pond is a nearby lake. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Pine Pond; through August this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
