Pine Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. All the water falling down from the sky makes Pine Lake a wet site; most of the rain falls through August; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. On a splendid day at Pine Lake you can take a hike along the Schiff Trail; Island Glen Country Club is a good golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. | | stop by close by Kenoza Lake, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Steam Mill Trail. Going for a hike on the Crawford Trail is always a delightful adventure, and paddling on Callicoon Creek - East Branch is so much fun. The Lodge at Woodloch is a wonderful site to get some rest; at Pine Lake you can distinguish Fulton Hill. Woodstock On The Lake Campgrounds is a splendid local campground. River, and not far from Pine Lake you'll hit upon Kazens Pond which is a wonderful lake. So much entertaining stuff near Pine Lake, definitely phenomenal. If you need a site to stay Villa Roma Resort Lodges is a perfect choice; you
can hit the slopes at Holiday Mountain in the neighborhood. Pine Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Camp Chipinaw Camp Chipinaw is a good spot to camp nearby, and let's not forget Birch Ridge Brook which is a stream
that you may encounter while here. Summertime highs at Pine Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Pine Lake are in the 10's.
