Don't leave Pine Lake without first going for a hike along the Crawford Trail, and unsurprisingly, this is a glorious neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Mallory Pond is a lake in the neighborhood. Island Glen Country Club is a golf course near Pine Lake; it's a fine idea to check out Birch Ridge Brook. Going for a hike on the Schiff Trail is always a good adventure,       and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Delaware River. This lake is so wonderful. One of the governing traits of the surroundings of Pine Lake is Fulton Hill; you can go for a hike on the Steam Mill Trail. If you need a place to stay The Lodge at Woodloch is a pleasant choice; the slopes of Holiday Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Chipinaw Camp Chipinaw is a delightful location to camp, and                  whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Callicoon Creek - East Branch. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Pine Lake. Why not camp at Woodstock On The Lake Campgrounds if you're here at Pine Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Villa Roma Resort Lodges. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Pine Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Pine Lake drop into the 10's.
