Tremper Kill River is a good whitewater spot next to Pepacton Reservoir, and at Pepacton Reservoir you can make out Campbell Mountain. This lake is located in the wonderful Catskill Mountains. Doe Brook is a picturesque stream that is worth taking a look at, and you can stay the night at Delaware Valley Campsite. Pepacton Reservoir gets a good deal of water;       the month with most of the rain is May, and February is when it's the driest. Pepacton Reservoir is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Catskill Mountain Kampground is a delightful location to camp nearby, and close by Cat Hollow is a tremendous place to go. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Villa Roma Resort Lodges, and there are other places here than Pepacton Reservoir, for example Cables Lake. Just can't get enough of                  the Catskill Mountains. Holiday Inn ONEONTA-COOPERSTOWN AREA is a wonderful place to get some rest; Edwards Pond is a brilliant lake close by. During the warm days of summer at Pepacton Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows through the winter for Pepacton Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more entertaining stuff to do in the Catskill Mountains.
