Summer brings highs in the 70's to Peckermans Pond; the night is a bit colder of course, frequently in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Peckermans       Pond drop into the 10's. Camping is available at Camp wabenaki, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge West Point. Upper Lake Cohasset is a pleasant lake in the neighborhood of Peckermans Pond; on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Stillwell Lake Trail. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moodna Creek, and the Breakneck Ridge Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. Peckermans Pond is                  a pretty wet place generally with a large amount of rain; during May this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
