In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Treadwell Creek, and here at Pat Pond you can catch a glimpse of Roundtop. The amount of rain that falls at Pat Pond is close to the national average; most of the rain falls throughout September, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Catskill Mountains rocks! Whitewater paddling       is good on Ouleout Creek, and hey, East Branch Handsome Brook is a nice local stream. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Pat Pond. If you need a place to stay Hampton Inn Oneonta is a nice choice, and there are plenty of people from Oneonta here. Golf can be played at Ouleout Creek Golf Course. There's so much to do here at Pat Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Unadilla/I-88 KOA is a delightful location for that.                  For the period of the summertime months, highs typically are in the 80's at Pat Pond. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Pat Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Pat Pond, you could also have a look at delightful East Sidney Lake; Pat Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Gilbert Lake State Park is a perfect local campground. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Catskill Mountains has to offer.
