If only every site had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would be. A gorgeous lake like Ag-Tech Lake in close proximity to Palmers Pond is a fine site to check out; Vanderview Golf Course is a tremendous golf course nearby. Do check out Foster Lake next to       Palmers Pond, it's a pretty lake; get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of Canaseraga Creek. Summertime highs at Palmers Pond mostly tend to be in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Palmers Pond drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Swain are so inviting nobody                  can resist; Americas Best Value Inn/Wellsville is a delightful location to get some rest. Palmers Pond gets a common amount of annual rain; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
