This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. So much cool stuff close to Owls Head Pond, just mind-blowing. Getting to Barnes Brook from Owls Head Pond is simple, and the nice people of Malone like to hang out close by. Econo Lodge Malone is a good location to get some rest, and a great spot to camp here at Owls Head Pond is Deer River Campsites. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful.       The skiing at Mount Pisgah is wonderful; why not camp at Legton since you're here at Owls Head Pond. Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. A brilliant close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Malone; in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a glorious time. If you like skiing, you're in luck;                  Titus Mountain is close to Owls Head Pond, and naturally, this is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes, Childs Ponds is a lake in the vicinity. The top of Owls Head is easily made out from Owls Head Pond; High Falls is a glorious local attraction. At Owls Head Pond during the summer months highs are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's while Owls Head Pond overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
