    Beautiful Oswego Pond has much to offer visitors. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Oswego Pond. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Oswego Pond drop into the 0's. If the weather is wonderful here at Oswego Pond, you can go for a hike along the Big Deer Pond Trail, and you'll meet a lot of  
   folks from Ogdensburg-Massena here. Oswego Pond gets a great deal of water; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
This lake is so wonderful. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a pleasant time. Here at Oswego Pond you can make out Twitchell Mountain, and if you come at the right time of year, Moose River
 
               - South Branch offers some perfect whitewater.
This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Buck Pond is near Oswego Pond, and going for a hike along the Norridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. If you came to camp Nicks Lake Campgrounds is a nice location to do that, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Salmon Lake Trail. All the outdoors exciting things in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. Looking for something next to Oswego Pond? Twitchell Lake is close by. There's so much to do here at Oswego Pond that you need to camp here for a while, OLD Forge Camping Resort is a good location for that.
I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Oswego Pond. There are some great whitewater spots on Oswegatchie River - East Branch, and McCauley Mountain is a pleasant local ski area.
