A visit to Orange Lake is always a good idea. Orange Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls throughout May; the driest month is February. You could also pop by Crest View Lake while you're here at Orange Lake; it's close by, and K O A-hudson Valley Campground is a tremendous campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Newburgh/New York City N KOA is a good local campground.
