The beauty of Oncio Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that nice but Woodruff Swamp near Oncio Pond is relatively nice, and camping is available at Douglas Corp Of Silver Lake. Summertime highs at Oncio Pond regularly tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Oncio Pond tend

| | to be in the 0's. That right there is a heap of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Adirondack Mountains has it all. Take a hike on the Schwartz Trail; don't forget to take a fine little visit to Pete Lagus Brook.

Adirondack Mountains. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great world it would be.
Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains, you might not ever want to return back home again. Cranberry Mountain
is simple to spot from Oncio Pond, and hiking along the Silver Lake Mountain Trail is wonderful fun. Oncio Pond gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most;
February is the month with the least moisture. Dry warm beds await you at Mirror Lake Inn, and there are plenty of folks from Plattsburgh here.
Man, is there a lot of exciting things to do in close proximity to Oncio Pond. Not
far from Oncio Pond, you'll locate Cranberry Pond which is a pretty lake; Birch Tree Lodge is a perfect site to get some rest. You can never get enough of the perfect skiing at Whiteface Mountain, and you can have a fine hiking adventure
along the McKenzie Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Mount Pisgah, and if you come at the right time of year, Saranac River offers some splendid whitewater.
