So much amusing stuff to do here at Old Fonda Reservoir, too splendid to be true. Cold Brook Reservoir is a fine lake right next door to Old Fonda Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Old Fonda Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Full-tan Sun Club is a nice site for that. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Holmes Lake Outlet,       and if you need a place to stay Johnstown/Gloversville Super 8 Motel is a good choice. If you came to camp Royal Mountain Campsites is a magnificent place to do that. A great deal of rainfall falls at Old Fonda Reservoir; the wettest month of the year is commonly November, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. The wonderful people of Amsterdam like to hang out close by; Schoharie Creek is a good whitewater spot                  nearby.
