Dry warm beds await you at Six Flags Great Escape Lodge; get yourself into a kayak and hit Fish Creek. Through the months of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at The Old Fly with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at The Old Fly. There's so much to do here at The Old Fly that you need to camp here for a while,       Battenkill Sportsquarters Camping is a magnificent place for that, and the skiing at Willard Mountain is splendid. Stewart Hill is a peak you can spot from The Old Fly, and people from Glens Falls love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Glens Falls/Queensbury Super 8 Motel is a glorious location to spend a night or two, and West Mountain is a great local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day                  to explore everything The Old Fly has to offer, you can camp at Lake Lauderdale Campgrounds; get dripping wet paddling on Batten Kill River. A lot of rain falls at The Old Fly; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. So many fun things to do at The Old Fly, so little time.
