In New York there are many beautiful lakes, North Pond is one of them. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains. Hiking along the Rock Pond Trail is wonderful fun, and there are other spots here than North Pond, for example Little Rock Pond. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Putnam Creek, and the Clear Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. Just

The panorama of Bear Pond Mountain from North Pond is striking, and lakes are such calm locations, why not stop at Grizzle Ocean. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at North Pond; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Brookwood RV Resorts is a great local campground, and dry warm beds await you at Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel. Any time is a nice time at North Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. Eagle Cliff is something you shouldn't
miss since you're here at North Pond, and North Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Green Acres By The Brook is a good spot to camp nearby. A swamp like Peshette Swamp next to North Pond has lots of attention-grabbing
things to see, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites is a nice choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. During the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the
70's at North Pond while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for North Pond tend to be in the 0's. North Pond is not far at all from Glens Falls.
