All the water falling down from the sky makes Norridgewock Lake a wet place; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at OLD Forge Camping Resort if you're here at Norridgewock Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Falls Lake is in close proximity, and Nicks Lake Campgrounds is a great local campground.       For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Norridgewock Lake reach the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Norridgewock Lake are in the 0's. Be careful coming to the Adirondack Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Oswegatchie                  River - East Branch; there's wonderful hiking along the Big Deer Pond Trail. That right there is heaps of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Adirondack Mountains has it all. During your journey to Norridgewock Lake you'll meet some people from Ogdensburg-Massena for sure, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Moose River - South Branch. Take a side trip to Gun Harbor Brook, and Gun Harbor is in the neighborhood and always perfect to stop by. Not far from Norridgewock Lake, you'll discover Oswego Pond which is a pretty lake; you can go for a hike on the Norridge Trail.
