    Beautiful Norman Pond has much to offer visitors. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Oswegatchie River - Middle Branch; the sight of delightful Grassy Hill is tremendous. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Oswegatchie River - West Branch, and why not take a little tour to Browns Creek if you're here. So much enjoyable stuff near Norman Pond, clearly unbelievable. Swamps don’t sound that tremendous but Sunday Swamp  
   in the vicinity of Norman Pond is pretty tremendous, and the slopes of Snow Ridge are so inviting noone can resist.
An average amount of rainfall falls at Norman Pond; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful place to camp here at Norman Pond is Happy Hollow Campground, and while you're here, you could also go to stunning Big Hill Pond.

               than a day at, Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA is a good local campground; Goose Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore. All through the summertime, highs typically are in the 80's at Norman Pond with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Norman Pond during the wintertime generally sink into the 0's.
