     Norman Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Oswegatchie River - West Branch is a pleasant whitewater spot near Norman Pond; some close by water includes Browns Creek. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in the neighborhood of Norman Pond has to offer. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Oswegatchie River - Middle Branch, and swamps like Sunday Swamp in the vicinity  
   of Norman Pond make for great locations to check out. For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Norman Pond reach the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Norman Pond temperatures descend to the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Happy Hollow Campground while you're here at Norman Pond. Lakes? Sure, Big Hill Pond is
 
               in close proximity. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Snow Ridge while you're here; there are other places here than Norman Pond, for example Elijah Lake.
