Newberry Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. On a pleasant day at Newberry Pond you can take a hike along the Schwartz Trail, and you can stay the night at Lake Placid/Whiteface MT KOA. At Newberry Pond you always meet someone from Plattsburgh, and get soaked paddling on Little Black Brook. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Adirondack Mountains. Newberry Pond is a good place of common rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Black River, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Silver Lake Mountain Trail. Newberry Pond is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains.

Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Newberry Pond. The Southside Trail is a perfect hiking trail close to Newberry Pond, and if you need a location to stay Mirror Lake Inn is a
glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Placid Club Lodge is a pleasant site to get some rest. All through the summer here at Newberry Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's while night lows are typically in
the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows at Newberry Pond during the winter frequently dip into the 0's.
The slopes of Whiteface Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist, and at Newberry Pond you can spot Little Pelkey Mountain.
