This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Berrymile Pond Trail, and a beautiful lake like Greenland Pond is a good location to visit. Mud Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Green Acres By The Brook is a great local campground; everyone close by loves skiing at Willard Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Treadway Mountain Trail; the skiing at West Mountain is good. If only every place had this much

| | outdoors fun things, what a great globe it would be. Cold Spring is an inspiring site to visit while here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Adirondack Mountains. At Mud Pond throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are regularly in the 20's with temperatures at Mud Pond dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. Just can't get | |

enough of the Adirondack Mountains. A pleasant close by hotel is The Sagamore, and camping at Adirondack Camp is always a perfect experience. Why not stop at close by Greenland Brook if you're here at Mud Pond, and there are plenty
of people from Glens Falls here. The amount of precipitation that falls at Mud Pond is close to the national average; through August this area sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Why not take a refreshing
hike along the Lost Pond Trail, and float down the rapids of Mettawee River in a kayak. And if that's not enough there's loads more entertaining stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. After a long day outdoors The Sagamore is a
great location to spend a night or two, and you'll locate a scenic lake called Vanderburg Pond. Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do next to Mud Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Poultney River offers some great whitewater; you acquire a perfect panorama of Black Lead Hill from here.
