Sure, White Roe Lake is just a very short distance away. The high level of precipitation makes Mud Pond a quite wet spot; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is February. Just can't get enough of Mud Pond. This is a brilliant region for people who like lakes. Forest Lake is a lake close by, and here       at Mud Pond you can make out Gray Hill. At Mud Pond through the warm months highs are in the 70's.
