Pinecone Restaurant is a glorious spot to get some rest, and swing by Roaring Brook it's a delightful location to explore. During the warm months highs here at Mud Pond get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Mud Pond. Get dripping wet paddling on Oswegatchie River - Middle       Branch. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Natural Bridge K O A Camp Ground is a glorious place for that. Paddling on Beaver River is so much fun, and needless to say, this is a magnificent neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Clear Pond is a lake in the neighborhood. An average amount of rainfall falls at Mud Pond; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is when it's the driest. If you need a place                  to stay Stillwater Motel is a fine choice; close by you stumble on the Post Henderson Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Mud Pond.
