You'll need more than a day to look at everything Mud Pond has to offer, you can camp at Douglas Corp Of Silver Lake. Throughout the months of summer at Mud Pond temperatures are frequently in the 70's. During       the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Mud Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mud Pond; Schwartz Trail is a glorious local trail; not far from Mud Pond you'll locate Barnes Pond which is a wonderful lake.
