The warmest time of the year at Mud Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mud Lake. The annual rain here at Mud Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains       the most; the driest of the months is February. If you're here at Mud Lake, do take a spree to Bentons Point, and everyone close by loves skiing at Snow Ridge. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious place for whitewater paddling close to Mud Lake is Sawyer Creek, and a delightful lake like Burnt Pond is a wonderful place to check out. Just can't get enough of Mud Lake. Mud Lake is a delightful site to visit for more than one day, Natural Bridge/Watertown                  KOA is a delightful site to camp nearby, and Marsh Pond is a magnificent lake close by.
