It's always fun to stop by Mud Lake. Mud Lake is one of the lakes here in the Adirondack Mountains. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Mud Lake is excellent! Mud Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Ranch Side Park is a fine local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend West Stony Creek. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Adirondack Mountains. Swamps

| | like Tamarack Swamp near Mud Lake make for splendid locations to have a look at, and get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of East Stony Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Sacandaga Golf Club, and a good nearby hotel is Algonquin Motel. If you need a site to stay Four Seasons Motel is a pleasant choice, and going for a hike on the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is always a pleasant adventure. High temperatures | |

stuff truly is abundant here in the Adirondack Mountains. If you're stopping by Mud Lake from Gloversville, you won't be the only one, and there are great sites to explore along the Oregon Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The high
level of precipitation makes Mud Lake a rather wet spot; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. A magnificent site to camp here at Mud Lake is Rainbows End, and lakes are such peaceful locations, why not take a look at Sacandaga Park Reservoir.
