Mud Lake is one of the lakes here in the Catskill Mountains. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Mud Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn on The Lake; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Kortright Creek. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Catskill Mountains. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel -       Oneonta/Cooperstown Area is a nice choice, and do go to Saddlebag Lake, it's a picturesque lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Center Brook/Middle Brook for all you thrill seekers, and Goodyear Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the Catskill Mountains. Pumpkin Hollow is a great site to discover; why not camp at Riverside Village RV Park if you're here at Mud                  Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The sight of gorgeous Webb Hill near Mud Lake is brilliant, and there are plenty of folks from Oneonta here. An average amount of rain falls at Mud Lake; the month with most of the rain is June, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If you're here at Mud Lake, you could take a look at Kortright Creek, and a great location to camp here at Mud Lake is Susquehanna Trail Campsites. At Mud Lake all through the summer months highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's.
