This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Kingsboro Restaurant & Golf Club is always a delight, and West Stony Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby. Through the summer months highs here at Mountain Lake reach the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's       overnight here at Mountain Lake. Camping is available at Campsite, and the great folks of Gloversville like to hang out nearby. This place, the Adirondack Mountains, has so much outdoors fun things. Why not camp at Royal Mountain Campsites since you're here at Mountain Lake; you can run the rapids of Holmes Lake Outlet. So many fun things to do in the Adirondack Mountains, not enough time. Going for a hike on the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is always                  a great adventure. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area in close proximity to Mountain Lake has to offer.
