Beautiful Moss Ponds has much to offer visitors. Summertime at Moss Ponds comes with high temperatures in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Moss Ponds. There's some flowing water nearby, Moss Pond Brook is a stream you can visit during your stay, and Schroon River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by.

| | You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Moss Ponds. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Weston Trail, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not pop by Chapel Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Ticonderoga - Super 8 Motel. This lake is so wonderful. Dix Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the Adirondack Mountains has to offer. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on The Branch, and Giant
Washbowl is a great lake nearby. Moss Ponds is a good place of normal rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. While you're here at Moss Ponds you can take a hike along
the Stimson Trail. There's so much to do here at Moss Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Shearer's Riverside Campsite is a great location for that. Moss Ponds is located in the Adirondack Mountains.
