This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Moss Ponds gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. The summit of Catamount Mountain can be observed from Moss Ponds, and do take a hike on the Dix Trail. Camping at Paradise Pines Camping Resort is always a wonderful experience; the slopes of Whiteface Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. All the outdoors amusing things in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back many times.
