Summertime highs at Mitchell Ponds usually tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mitchell Ponds. If you like       the outdoors you'll like it here in the Adirondack Mountains. A splendid spot to camp here at Mitchell Ponds is Tioga Point State Campground, and hiking along the Sucker Brook Trail is perfect fun.
