One of the best things about Mirror Lake is its proximity to Bedford Beach. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Mirror Lake has to offer, you can camp at Niagara Hartland Campgrounds. At Mirror Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Mirror Lake tend to be in the 10's.       Lockport Inn and Suites is a fine site to get some rest. After a long day outdoors Lake Ontario Motel Newfane is a great spot to spend a night or two; you can stay the night at Niagara County Camping Resort. Mirror Lake gets a typical amount of annual rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.
