So many enjoyable things to do in the Catskill Mountains, not sufficient time. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WEST COXSACKIE; Sycamore Country Club is a golf course nearby. Whitewater paddling is good on Potic Creek River, and the slopes of Catamount are so inviting nobody can resist. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Mirror Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's       the one that rains the most while February is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Hannacrois Creek. There's so much to do here at Mirror Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Earlton Hill is a fine place for that. The smiling folks of Hudson like to hang out close by, and after a long day outdoors Best Western New Baltimore Inn is a splendid location to spend a night or two. Summer at Mirror Lake comes with high                  temperatures in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 30's, and overnight lows at Mirror Lake through the wintertime typically sink into the 0's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Catskill Mountains. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Mirror Lake is unbeatable!
