This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Feinberg Park is a nice location to camp, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Whiteface Mountain. From a rain point of view Miner Lake is a rather typical site; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. For the period of the warm months at Miner Lake highs are regularly in the 70's.       For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Miner Lake are in the 0's.
