Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Miner Lake. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Miner Lake temperatures sink to the 0's. Northern Adirondack Comfort is a great site to get some rest, and Miner Lake is a fine place to camp, Riverside Campsite is a fine place. Great Chazy       River is a splendid whitewater spot near Miner Lake, and after a long day outdoors Microtel Inn And Suites Plattsburgh is a great location to spend a night or two. Take a little visit to Half Mile Brook while you're here at Miner Lake, and if you're dropping by from Plattsburgh, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Miner Lake is tremendous fun, Feinberg Park is a tremendous local campground, and perfect skiing awaits you at Whiteface                  Mountain. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Miner Lake; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
