Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights       come with lows in the 10's to Mill Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Fairfield Inn By Marriott Corning, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Corning. Mill Pond is not the only place close by, Waneta Lake is a close by lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hearts Delight Campsite. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Painted Post is a great choice.                  There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hill and Hollow Campsite is a nice place for that.
