    If you are in this part of New York make sure to pay a visit to Mill Pond. Potic Creek River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Don Knudsen. There are other spots here than Mill Pond, for example Beaver Dam Lake, and if you need a location to stay Best Western New Baltimore Inn is a great choice. This lake is one of the great places here in the Catskill Mountains.
 
   All through the summer months here at Mill Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's; nighttime lows at Mill Pond all through the wintertime generally dip into the 0's. The annual rainfall here at Mill Pond is about average; May is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Not  
               far from Mill Pond, you'll stumble on Potuck Reservoir which is a beautiful lake, and a quick visit to Cob Creek is without doubt a wonderful idea.
Just can't get enough of the Catskill Mountains. You'll meet a lot of folks from Hudson here. Now, you may feel that's heaps but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Mill Pond. Mill Pond is a good site to visit for more than one day, Earlton Hill is a good site to camp nearby, and paddling on Catskill Creek is so much fun. And that's not all there is to do here in the Catskill Mountains. A great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WEST COXSACKIE, and golf can be played at Rainbow Golf Club.
