Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Mill Pond are in the 0's. Mill Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Griffins Ten Acre Campground is a fine local campground; the Lost Pond Trail offers hiking at its best. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Ticonderoga Inn & Suites, and let's       not forget Bartlett Brook which is a stream that you may run into while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Do stop at Mud Pond next to Mill Pond, it's a pretty lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Mill Creek. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back time and again. There's so much to do here at Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Craig Harbor                  Canyon is a delightful location for that, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Clear Pond Trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at Mill Pond; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yeah, come up here to the Adirondack Mountains for a magnificent time. Here at Mill Pond you can observe Burns Mountain; Craig Harbor is in the vicinity and always pleasant to take a look at. Just can't get enough of Mill Pond. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mill Pond; Bear Pond Trail is a magnificent local trail; you'll come across a beautiful lake called Bartlett Pond.
