Don't leave Midget Pond without first going for a hike along the Ash Pond Trail, and Midget Pond is not far at all from Malone. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Adirondack Mountains will keep you coming back many times. A quick trip to Brandy Brook next to Midget Pond is a splendid idea, and Midget Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Robinson's Iga is a good local campground. Midget Pond       is located in the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent location for whitewater paddling near Midget Pond is Jordan River, and there's wonderful hiking along the Sixmile Creek Trail. St. Regis River - West Branch is a wonderful whitewater spot in close proximity to Midget Pond; on a delightful day you get a brilliant panorama of Number 19 Mountain from Midget Pond. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Midget Pond; during                  the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Just can't get enough of Midget Pond. If you came to camp Santa Clara Riverside RV Park and Campground is a great location to do that. All through the warm days of summer here at Midget Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
