Meade Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is located in the wonderful Adirondack Mountains. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Hudson River; there are other places here than Meade Pond, for example Faxons Pond. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Adirondack Mountains. On a splendid day at Meade Pond you can take a hike along the Long Swing Trail, and Country Haven Campground is a wonderful campground nearby.

| | at Meade Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Meade Pond tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Green Mansion Golf Course, and Tripp Pond is a nice lake nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Blue Lagoon on Lake Georg, and Schroon River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.

in a day to enjoy the Adirondack Mountains. Meade Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Canoe Creek Campground is a great place to camp nearby; after a long day outdoors Lake George/Warrensburg Super 8 Motel is a magnificent
place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is fine here at Meade Pond, you can go for a hike along the Pharoah Mountain Trail, and West Mountain has great slopes and a friendly staff. Going for a hike
along the Spectacle Pond Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and delightful skiing awaits you at Gore Mountain.
And that's not all you can do here at Meade Pond. From a rain point of view Meade Pond is a
quite normal site; during August this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area next to Meade Pond has to offer. You get a brilliant view of Panther Mountain from Meade Pond; Meade Pond is a location with many visitors from Glens Falls.
