Many people like to go to McKenzie Pond. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Wolf Pond, and a round of golf at nearby Saranac Lake Golf Club is a good way to kill some time. Mount Pisgah has delightful slopes and a friendly staff, and Pioneer Village is a good local campground. | | most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. Just can't get enough of the Adirondack Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's brilliant hiking along the Indian Pass Trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Mountain Lake Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. winter lows in the 0's overnight here at McKenzie Pond. The Schwartz Trail offers hiking at its best; in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ausable River - West Branch. This lake
is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a wonderful little visit to Little Ray Brook, and taking a little trip to nearby Moody Bay is a magnificent idea. And that's not everything you can do here in the Adirondack Mountains. Don't leave

and can be seen from McKenzie Pond; McKenzie Pond is a delightful location to visit for more than one day, Donaldson George A and Sons is a delightful location to camp nearby. Dry warm beds await you at THE HOTEL SARANAC; whitewater paddling is delightful on Saranac River - North Branch.
