Do stop by Lake Massawippa while you're in this part of New York. At Lake Massawippa during the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Lake Massawippa. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Lake Massawippa. Brooks Hollow is a great spot to go to nearby, and Blackcap Mountain is lovely and can be made out

Why not camp at Beaver Pond since you're here at Lake Massawippa, and if you need a location to stay Harriman Motor Inn is a good choice. If you come at the right time of year, Moodna Creek offers some nice whitewater, and great skiing awaits you at Sterling Forest. Float down the rapids of Popolopen Creek in a kayak, and naturally, this is a fine area for folks who like lakes, Barnes Lake is a lake in the neighborhood.

pretty high levels of rain; during May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Any time is a good time at Lake Massawippa if you go for the outdoors. If you're here at Lake Massawippa and you like
golf, you can have a look at Central Valley Golf Club, and some of the water nearby flows, like Lewis Brook. This lake is so wonderful. The Stillwell Lake Trail offers hiking at its best; dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value
Inn.
Lake Massawippa is right by the Breakneck Ridge Trail, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Mt. Peter. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Sebago Cabins Harriman is a good spot to camp; why not take a refreshing hike along the Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail.
